We offer a 30-day hassle-free return from the day your order is delivered.

Eligibility

Items must be in the same condition you received them, unused and in original packaging with all components. Opened/used adhesive strips can only be returned if the product is defective or incorrect. Please retain your order confirmation as proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return (RMA)

Use our Contact Us page with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason (include clear photos for damaged/defective items). If approved, we’ll send return instructions and, when applicable, a prepaid return label.

Who Pays for Return Shipping?

For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we cover return shipping. For other reasons (e.g., change of mind), you may use your own label or we can generate one and deduct the cost from your refund.

Processing Time

After your return arrives at our facility, allow 3–5 business days for inspection and processing. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 7 days if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can make it right quickly.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to place a new order and return the original. We’ll process your refund once we receive and inspect the return.

Refunds

We’ll email you when your return is inspected to confirm approval or denial. If approved, refunds go to your original payment method. Original shipping fees and any optional return-label costs (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

International Orders

We ship worldwide. For international returns, original shipping, duties, and taxes are non-refundable. If we generate a return label, its cost may be deducted from the refund.
